Refund and Returns Policy
At Upscale Gauge, we stand behind the quality of our industrial pressure gauges and instrumentation. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund policy.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-manufactured or specially ordered products
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Return Process
- Contact our team at raylin@upscalegauge.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside.
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns due to buyer remorse are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by Upscale Gauge.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for a different model or size, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.
